🚚 Shipping and returns

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

No, at the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually take between 24-48h to arrive on the mainland. To the Balearic Islands, between 24-72h, and to the Canary Islands, the estimated time is one week.

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.  The shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Don't worry. The first and most important thing is to send us a photo of its condition, and we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Can I collect my order from your premises?

Of course, but it is important to choose this delivery method when placing your order. You will receive an email when the order is ready for collection, and you will need to arrange a time with us to collect it.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Although we offered this payment method in the past, it is no longer available on the website due to logistical issues.

I placed an order and PayPal charged me twice. What should I do?

Sometimes PayPal generates an automatic duplicate authorization. This is an issue between PayPal and the bank, but the duplicate amount is released within 24/48 hours. If not, we recommend contacting us.

Can I change a product in my order after placing it?

If the package has not yet been sent, contact us as soon as possible and we will modify it.

How can I apply a discount coupon?

On the final screen, where you enter your payment details and shipping address, you will find a field to enter your code before completing your purchase.

Are soaps suitable for hair?

They are not the most suitable, as essential oils can make hair greasy. For specific care, we recommend our solid shampoos, designed for every hair type.

Which soaps are suitable for psoriasis?

The most recommended are those with Calendula, Oatmeal, or Aleppo, due to their soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. (We always recommend consulting a dermatologist in serious cases).

Which soaps are suitable for dermatitis?

The mildest and most soothing soaps: Calendula, Oat, Lavender and Aloe Vera. They moisturize and are gentle on sensitive skin.

Can the soaps be used on small children?

Yes, you can use soaps such as Calendula, Aloe Vera and Avocado, which are very gentle on sensitive skin. Avoid exfoliating soaps and always perform a small patch test the first time you use them.

Which soaps are best suited for dry skin?

We recommend Shea Butter, Chocolate, Avocado, Papaya, Argan, Aloe Vera and Rosehip soaps, which deeply moisturize and nourish.

Which soaps are best suited for acne?

Green Tea, Aleppo, Activated Charcoal, Red Clay, Sea Mud and Propolis help regulate oil and purify the skin while maintaining its balance without drying it out.

Do your soaps and shampoos contain harsh chemicals?

No. They are made with natural ingredients, free from harsh sulfates, silicones and parabens.

Are the products suitable for pregnant women?

We especially recommend Oat, Calendula and Shea Butter soaps. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Are they suitable for vegans?

Yes, most of them do. Only some specific soaps may contain ingredients of animal origin (such as Propolis soap and goat's milk soap).

Do solid shampoos lather?

Yes, they produce a soft lather thanks to natural surfactants.

Is conditioner needed after solid shampoo?

It depends on your hair type. Many people do not need it, but for dry hair we recommend using our solid conditioner.
