Legal terms and conditions of the giveaway

1. Organizing company

DANZO 21, S.L.U. (hereinafter, "Jabonify"), with CIF [CIF] and registered office at C/ Mas Duran, 27, P.3, Barcelona, is organizing a free promotional giveaway through its Instagram profile @jabonify, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. Geographic scope and participants

• Individuals over 18 years of age residing in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands may participate.
• You must have a real, public Instagram profile. Fake or duplicate profiles, or profiles created exclusively to enter giveaways, are excluded.
  

3. Entry period

The draw begins on September 2, 2026 with the publication of the promotional video and ends on September 17, 2026. Entries registered outside this period will not be taken into account.

4. How to enter

• Follow the profile @jabonify on Instagram.
• Mentioning another person.
• Each valid comment counts as one entry. Multiple comments are allowed as long as the same person is not tagged more than once.
• Sharing the post in stories and mentioning @jabonify grants an additional entry.
• Participation is free and does not involve any kind of purchase.

5. Prizes

€200 in store credit will be raffled, divided into three prizes:

• First prize: €90 in credit to redeem at jabonify.com.
• Second prize: €60 in credit to redeem at jabonify.com.
• Third prize: €50 in credit to redeem at jabonify.com.

The prizes consist exclusively of credit for Jabonify's online store, and under no circumstances of cash. All three include shipping costs, so the winner does not pay any additional amount as long as their order does not exceed the prize value. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties. It can be used across multiple purchases.

6. Winner selection and notification

• The draw was held on September 17, 2026 using the AppSorteos application, randomly and from among all valid comments. The result is recorded and can be verified with the code WL15J3M.
• The winners were publicly announced on the same day at 19:00 h, as previously announced, and were contacted by private message from @jabonify.
• Additional backup participants were also selected to cover any potential withdrawals or breaches of these rules.
  
• Jabonify reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches these rules or uses fraudulent means to increase their entries.

7. Taxation

Since the unit value of each prize is less than €300, no withholding or advance payment of personal income tax is applicable, in accordance with current legislation. Each winner will be responsible for complying with their own tax obligations where applicable.

8. Data protection

Participation in the giveaway implies authorization to publish the winners' Instagram usernames, together with their associated public profile images, on the @jabonify profile and on this page, solely for the purpose of announcing the result. Any winner may request the removal of that post by writing to the address indicated below.

The data provided by the winners (name, shipping address, and contact details) will be processed by DANZO 21, S.L.U. solely for the purpose of managing prize delivery and will be retained for as long as necessary for this purpose and to address any potential legal liabilities. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to hola@jabonify.com. More information is available in our privacy policy.

9. Instagram disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor is it associated with Instagram in any way. The participant fully releases Instagram from any liability and acknowledges that they are providing their information to Jabonify, not Instagram.

10. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Jabonify reserves the right to modify them or cancel the promotion for justified reasons, communicating this through the same channels used to publicize it. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
