UGC Terms and Conditions

Thank you for sharing your content with Jabonify. We love seeing how you enjoy our handmade soaps, and we would also like to be able to show it to our community. Below, we clearly and directly explain the terms under which we may use your content.

1. What UGC (User Generated Content) means
Content created by you, such as photos, videos, reviews, or social media posts featuring Jabonify products.

2. When we use your content
If we have contacted you to ask for permission to use your content and you have responded affirmatively (for example, by commenting with a hashtag such as #SíJabonify or replying to a direct message), you will be giving us permission to:

Share your content on our social media channels.

Use it on our website, newsletter, or in digital advertising.

Slightly adapt it for specific formats (for example, cropping the image or adding text).

3. Your rights
Your content remains yours! We are not buying the rights; you are only granting us a non-exclusive license to use it as explained above. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by writing to info@jabonify.com.

4. What you agree to
By giving us permission, you assure us that:

The content belongs to you or you have permission to share it.

It does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain offensive content.

The people who appear in it have given their consent.

5. Personal data
We will only use your username or the name that appears in the content, and we will never share your personal data without your consent.

6. Withdrawal of permission
You can withdraw your permission at any time by writing to info@jabonify.com, and we will remove the content from our channels within a reasonable period.

7. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you if the changes are significant, but you can always consult the current version on our website.
