How to use:

Heat for 3 minutes at 700W. Remove it from the microwave, check the temperature before use, and place it on the area to be treated to enjoy the warmth and its benefits. It can also be heated on a radiator (suitable for clothing).

When using cold, place the seed pack inside a tightly closed plastic bag, then put it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Remove it from the freezer and place it on the area to be treated.

Safety warnings:

• Do not overheat, risk of fire.
• Do not use in electric or gas ovens.
• Check the temperature before applying to the skin.
• Use under supervision for children under 3 years of age.
• Do not apply to injured skin or wounds.

Storage and care:

To enjoy your seed pack for longer, follow these recommendations:

1. Freeze the pack at least once a year to keep the grains in optimal condition.
2. If washed, either in a washing machine or by hand, DO NOT soak.
3. Dry immediately after washing and check that it is completely dry.
